REMOTE SUPPORT
Remote support allows most issues to be resolved quickly and securely.
Once access is agreed, troubleshooting and configuration changes are performed in real time. Clients may observe the process if they wish, or continue working while the issue is addressed.
Remote sessions are used for diagnostics, configuration, updates, security checks, and general support. When a problem cannot be resolved remotely, on-site support is arranged as the next step.
